About Us
On November 22, 2016, owner-operators, Tricia and Brad Hudson opened their restaurant, hudson coastal. The couple had been involved in restaurant openings, concept development, food & restaurant supply sales, conference planning, catering, and restaurant operations.
After working in the industry for 30+ years, they deceided to take the plunge. Armed with family support to help with their 3 young children, the Hudsons created, built and opened hudson coastal.
